Welcome to Drawalo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drawalo website, apps, and services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

In short: By using Drawalo, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing or using Drawalo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" — the Drawalo website, applications, and collaborative whiteboard features.
  • "User", "you" — any person who accesses or uses the Service.
  • "Account" — the registered profile you create to use the Service.
  • "Content" — anything you create, upload, or share, including boards, drawings, text, and files.
  • "Subscription" — a paid plan (e.g. Pro) that unlocks additional features.
  • "We", "us", "our" — Drawalo and its operators.

3. Eligibility

In short: You must be at least 13, and provide accurate details.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Drawalo. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account.

4. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Payments

In short: Free to start. Paid plans auto-renew until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Free trial & free plan

Drawalo offers a free plan and may offer time-limited free trials of paid features. When a trial ends, your account reverts to the free plan unless you choose a paid Subscription.

Pricing & billing

Paid Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Contact billing@drawalo.com with billing questions.

6. Acceptable Use

In short: Be lawful and respectful. Don't abuse or attack the Service.

You agree not to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others;
  • Send spam or unsolicited promotions;
  • Hack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service;
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service;
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties;
  • Upload malware or copyrighted material you don't have rights to.

7. User Content & Ownership

In short: Your boards are yours. You grant us a limited license to run the Service.

You retain ownership of the boards and Content you create. To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, host, and display your Content solely as needed to provide and improve Drawalo. We may remove Content that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Drawalo name, logo, code, design, and all related intellectual property belong to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse them without our prior written permission.

9. Collaboration & Shared Boards

Drawalo lets you invite others to view and edit boards. When you share a board, you are responsible for who you invite and what is shared. All participants on a shared board must follow these Terms.

10. Service Availability & Changes

We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise 100% uptime.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk. You may close your account at any time. Following termination, your Content may be deleted after a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements and backups.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

In short: The Service is provided "as is," and our liability is limited.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drawalo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost profits, or downtime.

13. Privacy

Your use of Drawalo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Rajasthan, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
